What is the Coffee Club?

The Gallery Coffee Club is our subscription service that delivers one 12oz bag of our fresh-roasted coffee to your door every month—plus 10% off all retail coffee+merch, early access to new drops, and a few surprises along the way. It’s our way of bringing the shop vibes straight to your morning routine at home.

Note: A minimum commitment of 3 months is required before pausing or canceling your Coffee Club subscription.

What kind of coffee will I get each month?

We’ll rotate through seasonal single-origins and fan-favorite blends, always roasted fresh and curated with care. You’ll even get first dibs on a new release before it hits the shelves.

Can I choose the coffee I receive?

We’ll have two subscription types: Caffeinated or Decaf, chosen at checkout. The Club will be curated monthly by our owner and roaster, Ben, for our Caffeinated coffee lovers, but we didn’t want to exclude Decaf lovers from the perks—choosing Decaf will ensure that you get all of the Club perks without the caffeine. As the Club grows, we may add more customization options.

How much coffee do I get?

Each shipment includes one 12oz bag—perfect for most households to enjoy slowly across the month. Need more coffee delivered to your door?

Step 3: Tap the “Add-ons” button

Step 4: Select your coffee add-on (quantity + grind setting)

Step 5: Make it a one-time add on, which will be added to your next delivery, OR lock it in monthly to get your added coffee delivered every month moving forward.

 
 

How much does it cost?

The Coffee Club will be $28/month. As a member, you’ll get exclusive perks like 10% off all retail and merch (online + in-store), early access to new coffee releases, and limited-edition swag along the way.

Can I gift a subscription?

Yes! Simply select the gifting option at checkout and let us know the length of term you’d like to gift. Great coffee makes a great gift—just sayin’.

Do you ship?

Yes! Our Club subscription ships (FREE) anywhere in the U.S. Subscriptions will ship out the first Tuesday of every month, and you’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on the way.

Can I pick up my subscription in-store?

Our tiny shop doesn’t have the space to store Coffee Club pick-ups right now (but we’re hoping to address this soon!). Coffee Club orders are delivery only at this time.

How do I manage my subscription?

Do I GET 10% OFF DRINKS AT THE SHOP?

Not right now. Our 10% off Coffee Club discount is currently limited to retail (coffee bags, apparel, coffee equipment for sale at the shop).

how will baristas at the shop know to give my discount for retail?

We’ve got you! Simply 1) type in your phone number at the register and 2) let your barista know that you’re a Coffee Club Member! This last part is important. We’ll one day have a system that can store your Coffee Club discount and automatically apply to retail at the shop, but we’re not quite there yet. Your barista can easily confirm your membership with a tap :)
