Our Diego Robelo is a red honey process Costa Rica from Aquiares Estate. This one is smooth and sweet like melted caramel, making for easy sipping all day.

Wait…what is red honey process?
During this processing method, about half of the coffee’s sticky, fruity layer (called mucilage) is left on the bean while it dries. As it ferments, that layer turns a deep reddish color, hence the name. The result is a rich, syrupy cup with big fruit notes and tons of complexity.

Cool Fact: The Aquiares Estate is certified carbon neutral. Pretty awesome.
