We were lucky enough to be invited by Onyx Coffee (our green coffee importers) on an impulse coffee origin trip to Guatemala (!!) in January, visiting several of the Villatoro family farms. Pedro Villatoro is one of two coffees hitting the Gallery line-up again this year.

This washed bourbon is from Pedro Villatoro’sGuayabales lot in Hoja Blanca; clean and super approachable—easy sipping in the best way. Real ones, you’ll remember this coffee from last year.
